FAQs

The safety and wellbeing of our people is of utmost importance. Remember to always treat colleagues and stakeholders professionally and with respect. If you are drinking, please do so responsibly, have a plan for safe transport home, and look out for your colleagues to ensure they stay safe too. If you see anything that concerns you, we encourage you to address the situation in a calm and safe manner and/or report the incident as soon as you can. If you feel unsure and would like to discuss anything confidentially you can contact a Bullying and Harassment Officer. Make use of the support tools available to you through Sonder including the ‘Check on Me’ and ‘Track my Journey’ Safety features. While at any work-related event – which includes events outside of work hours and events and social-gatherings that may not be organised or held by Mirvac – please remember you are representing Mirvac and you must comply with our values and policies including: HSE, Code of Conduct, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Respectful Workplace Behaviours. Work-related functions are an excellent opportunity to celebrate with clients and colleagues. Have fun, but please remember to be respectful, safe, and look after one another.

You will receive further information in the new year regarding the agenda and will be able to pre-select the sessions you wish to attend.

Requests to extend travel are permitted, however, any change to flights or accommodation will be at your own expense.

Accommodation will be provided to interstate guests who are flying to Sydney to attend the conference.

Other than yourself, your passion for Mirvac and an open mind – don’t forget to bring your mobile phone charger – charging stations will be provided on the day to ensure everyone can access the Conference App. We encourage you to be fully present on the day – no laptops are required; in fact, please leave them behind so you can fully enjoy the conference. Pens and notepads will be provided by the venue. You may want to consider bringing something warm in case the venues are cool.
